The Yamabiko Corporation of Japan owns and manages the ECHO business. It’s a well-established firm that has been in operation for more than 40 years. That’s 4 decades of experience in the mark which show.

The majority of the businesses are gas chainsaw sellers, but there is also an ECHO battery chainsaw (which was released in 2022 with others to come in 2022, including a new ECHO battery-powered top handle chainsaw). [Link]

They don’t just sell chainsaws, but they also make a range of outdoor power equipment. Brush cutters, hedge trimmers, and blowers are all staples of this company.

First known as Kioritz Corporation but soon shifted to the Echo brand name in 1978. It was not long after they first started making chainsaws that they began their initial production run.

Obviously, the ECHO firm has a long history, which is what you want when purchasing a chainsaw!

Chained or electric saws are utilized to cut through a variety of materials, including metal, wood, plastic, and mortar. Because they have exposed blades that can cause serious injuries if not handled correctly, chainsaws are one of the most dangerous types of power tools available. Instead of purchasing a cheap chainsaw from a company with no reputation for honesty

Where Are ECHO Chainsaws Made?

The US, Japan, and China are the three regions where ECHO chainsaws are produced and constructed.

The manufacturer of your chainsaw may be revealed by where you bought it. It’s possible that the chainsaw was built in the United States, since most ECHO chain saws are manufactured there (or at least assembled). If you buy from the UK it could be mixed. If you’re buying an ECHO chainsaw in Australia or New Zealand, it was most likely manufactured in Japan or China.

ECHO has manufacturing and assembly plants in Yokosuka and Morioka, Japan, with a head office in Tokyo. They also have a plant in China (Shenzhen)

The company’s United States facility is near Lake Zurich, Illinois here it has a warehouse and manufacturing bases.

ECHO Equipment

They produce their own blades, unlike many chain saws on Amazon and elsewhere that are outsourced. They have complete control over the process, from concept to final assembly.

The same can be said for ECHO trimmers, leaf blowers, power generators, and all the other similar items. They create trustworthy and dependable goods that are reasonably priced and suitable for both homes and homesteaders.
