With 41 cm of bar, expect to deal with logs up to about 36 cm without thinking about it, and up to 41 cm in one pass. Beyond that you are working from both sides, which is fine for firewood and poor for felling.

It is fitted with a chain brake, low-kickback chain.
Petrol suits firewood, felling and work away from power. Budget for a 50:1 two-stroke mix unless the manual says otherwise, keep the bar oil topped up, and do not store it over winter with fuel in the carburettor. It is a homeowner grade machine, intended for occasional use rather than daily work.
