The N/AB Electric Chainsaw is a chainsaw with a 42 cm (17 in) bar and mains electric power.
A 42 cm bar cuts a log of about 42 cm in a single pass, and is at its most comfortable on timber up to roughly 37 cm. Thicker wood is not impossible, since cutting from both sides doubles the effective capacity, but it is slower and harder to keep straight.
The specification lists a 2200W motor, a 230V battery platform.
It is fitted with a chain brake, low-kickback chain.
A mains saw gives the most cutting power per pound spent, as long as the work happens within reach of a socket. Use a heavy-duty extension lead fully unwound, and plug into an RCD. It is a homeowner grade machine, intended for occasional use rather than daily work.
