Does it come with oil or do i need to buy separately?
Hi chanshuikay, you will need to purchase oil separately as it is not included with WG384E. Hope this helps.
Is the chain loosening excessive and a reoccurring problem for people?
Not for me. I have also used this to cut 25” diameter trees with no problems. The chain tension needs to be tightened but not too frequently. I don’t undercut much though.
Does this come with 2 20 volt batteries?
